I think getting new members is easy. I got about three recruits. You just have to go for the strays. I go to the ranking list and type the people in no alliance. I find it easy and affective! You guys should try it! Very Happy

The higher-ups and I make scheduled "drafting" days and have a pre-written recruiting message so that we send them in bulk. We should have another draft day soon...

Hey again guys, i didn't want to post this on the ZE forums as it would be a blight on your recruitment. But, in my humble opinion, i believe you are limiting your targets to much, which will, in the end, stunt your members growth.

Too many NAP's and too many limitations are not good for the players, hence why we in RAWK are a free roaming aggressive group of players that will hit anything that presents a profit. Smile

You're not out of line at all! Our members hit as they please as well. They just have to tell my General first so that he can document it in case we receive any activity from that hit again. Make sense? We try to run it as organized and proffessional as possible - but freedom to hit still stands ^^. We have 4 NAP's and won't exceed 5 ever. If it get's to where we want another NAP (more than five), we'll have an alliance vote on which NAP we should terminate. I've actually asked the Angel Alliance to merge with us, and they're thinking about it. [ROME] is also merging with us. The listed "alliance friends" aren't NAP's, they're just single members that you can contact if you want on outside opinion (unbiased) of the alliance.
