My alliance leader has gone inactive, so the active members are directing things via direct democracy. We've discussed the idea before, but it never seems to have processed so I'm jumping on the opportunity.

MOB would like to sign a Non-Aggression Pact, with hopes that we can grow together and see a better future for our alliances.
